Kimonat has a great team of designers that will make sure to deliver the highest quality to you at a reasonable price with unique prints and patterns.

We aim to make shopping with us simple, but we understand that you may have some questions from time to time. keyword or item number in the search box on the homepage.
Once you have found an item you want to buy, select the size, and quantity you want and click on the ADD TO CART button.
You can then either continue shopping or review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on 'View your Cart'.
If you're happy with the items in your shopping bag, click CHECKOUT' to complete your order.

If you haven't confirmed your order yet, you can cancel it through the confirmation message you will receive once you place your order.
If your order is still within its fulfillment phase, you can contact our customer support team to submit your cancelation request.
If you have received your order already, you can submit a return request through our returns center.

All payments are processed through a secure checkout system.

We deliver to any city inside Egypt.

The delivery time differs from one place to other.
Please allow a day for us to process your order and hand it over to our shipping company: if you are from Cairo or Giza, your order will arrive within two days
And if you are from Alexandria or Down Egypt, your order will reach you within four days
And if it is from upper Egypt, your request will reach you within a week

No, the Express shipping option is not available

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a full refund within 14 days.
Return requests should be submitted through our returns center.

We're dedicated to providing you with the finest online shopping in Egypt and we will be happy to assist you with refunds or returns.
The return should be within 14 days.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing.
We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
The following items cannot be returned: Underwear, lingerie, face masks, bodysuits, socks, and swimwear. but you can check your order before paying.
In case of receiving a physically damaged product (s) from the courier, the incident should be reported within 2 days starting from the delivery date (including the regular and national holidays) to be able to take the proper action, reporting past this period will not be valid.

Refunds are to be done through the same payment method you used.
Credit card refunds can take from 5 to 10 business days to be reflected in your bank account.
COD orders will have their refund by transferring the amount to your bank account or the post office.
Refunds may take up to 14 working days.
